Weekwood Copse is a special place enjoyed by many, please ensure you carefully read the T&C's to assist us in keeping the woodland in its beautiful condition. Anyone found to be in breach of these conditions will immediately be asked to leave.
Booking and Payment:
All bookings will be made via the online calender where payment is required at the time of booking.
A full refund (- a 50p admin fee) will only be given when the booking is cancelled a minimum of 48hrs before.
No refund shall be given for cancellations of less than 48hrs notice.
Appointments can be rescheduled to an alternative future date for free via your booking confirmation email
General Terms and Conditions:
If you arrive at the woodland at your designated time to find the previous hirer still onsite this must be reported to the Weekwood Copse Team.
If a storm is forecast, we may give you the option to reschedule or, in severe cases, close the woodland and ask you to rebook your slot.
Please take extreme caution when driving along Green Lane East, this is a small road used by pedestrians, cyclists and other dog walkers.
The Weekwood Copse Team has absolute discretion to permit or prohibit all types of activity on the land.
The booking is personal to the Hirer and may not be transferred or sublet.
The Hirer shall ensure that no noise nuisance shall be caused to occupiers of properties surrounding the woodland.
All persons and their property, including dogs on the woodland are there at their own risk. Weekwood Copse do not accept any liability for injury or damage/loss of property. The site is a natural woodland and as such has trip hazards, loose tree branches and some sharp shrubs such as Holly so please take care when using the site.
The Weekwood Copse team retain full permission to enter the land in order to carry out inspections.
BBQ's & Fires are not permitted on site.
Please take all waste with you. Broken toys / tennis balls must be removed if brought on site.
Children under 16 are allowed on site but must be supervised at all times by an adult and not left unattended.
If your dog has been unwell, or is suffering from a virus such as kennel cough please inform the Weekwood Copse team. We may be able to assist in transfering your booking to a future date without charge.
XL BULLYS:
If you have an XL Bully and are using the woodland following the changes to the banned breeds register you may do so on the following proviso;

XL BULLYS:
If you have an XL Bully and are using the woodland following the changes to the banned breeds register you may do so on the following proviso;
- The dog is registered with an exemption certificate
- Public liability insurance is held for the dog
- Booking is only shared with dogs living in the same household if the XL Bully is not muzzled / on lead and 1 handler for the XL Bully
- If booking with other dogs from outside the household, the XL Bully must have 1 handler and be on lead / muzzled
- The dog is neutered as per government regulations and Microchipped.
- The XL Bully is kept on lead and muzzled when entering and exiting the secure woodland.
- The XL Bully can have the lead and muzzle removed once within the secure woodland and only with dogs from it's own household
